Want to learn the Snatch and Clean & Jerk? Oly 1 is the only class in Ottawa dedicated to teaching the Olympic lifts. Oly 1 is best suited for people who have some strength training experience.

Are you an intermediate to advanced lifter proficient in the Olympic lifts? Oly 2 is a class for athletes who want to maximize their performance in Olympic lifts through personalized programming and high-level coaching.
