Olympic Lifting 2

This is the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. Our Level 2 program is designed for those that are able to perform the lifts comfortably, having either progressed through our Level 1 program, or through previous experience with the lifts. This is our broadest program and is designed for those looking to continually develop and refine their technique, with the goal of increasing their Snatch and Clean and Jerk Total. Athletes in this program will follow either our 3x/wk, or unlimited training plans. Training can be followed during our general JustLift training blocks.
